J	Ji Yun Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy about delivery. They did not hold my parcel for 15 days and provide me a fake signature, claiming that somebody received it, which is clearly wrong when the parcel is sent back to the original sender. Very frustrating.
P	Pawel Siwek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience at the Rexall Canada Post Outlet! The clerk there tried to extort from me the double pay for a parcel to Europe. I was lucky to have a printout from Canada Post web site with correct pricing. Then, stubborn lady refused to process a parcel because of few grams (less then a decagram) overweight. I am sure it was acceptable. Then, she was complaining that customers are not properly lined. WTH? Canada Post/Rexall! You have to do something to hire some friendly, properly trained clerk. I will definitely avoid this place.

J	J W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was unbelievable how UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE they treat customers. The staff, Gail, at the Canada Post booth in the back of the store has got a real passive aggressive attitude. This person ALWAYS closes the store earlier than the actual closing time. One time I was there at 8:45pm, she already closed the till and said "I need to close the till so that I can go home". Recently, again I was there at 5:45pm (store closing time was 6pm), already she closed the till. On top of that, she doesn't know her job. It is as if the customer is suppose to know everything about postal services, you ask questions, she gets irritated and the tone becomes real passive aggressive.

She will start arguing with you for no reason at all, you are just bewildered as to what is happening... I am scared to ask any question or say a comment. It's as if you are suppose to know everything, their procedures, their frustrations... As soon as you don't know something, IT'S LIKE YOU EVOKED THAT ANGER AND FRUSTRATION WITHIN HER. Whatever anger and frustration she has got going on, she will just dump it on you. It's shocking just how nuts and unpleasant someone can be. I am so repelled by this place and this person, that every time I drive pass by, I get a visceral reaction........ it. is. so. bad.
S	Steven Arcus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I understand some of the comments on here about the “rude” staff. Not rude at all, but definitely friendlier to regular familiar customers than new ones. I say this because I had to mail a couple letters and was on the side filling out the envelops, and noticed the difference in personality dealing with (I’m assuming) new faces compared to regulars that came in that short amount of time I was there. For sure gets the job done when you need to send a package/letter, but they aren’t going to win any new customers who may want to feel a warmer welcome.
S	Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything has been said in these reviews – one-star ratings are true. Very rude customer service and it's unbelievable how unprofessional they treat customers. I had a parcel come in for me and it was returned to sender by them without any notice or explanation. They put the wrong stamps on my outgoing mails. It is a convenient location for us but a very scary place to be because people who work there are not friendly to the general public and to the level of that you have to say, “Absolutely Disgusting”.
