C	Crystal M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Margaret, the manager of this branch, is not a good manager has very poor management skills. After charging me $20 for express mail which took time from 25th of May till 9th of June, and the person who was supposed to receive it had left Canada before receiving the package, the canada post courier left my package which had confidential documents in it, unattended without taking the package back to the canada post store or even leaving a notice on the person' s door. I went to the store for a follow up regarding the package and the manager said there is no guarantee for a delivery since they don't have my package nor can they return my delivery fees back which is opposite to what her employees said. She should train her staff properly because they are telling me the opposite of what she said. Also when I went to the store and explained the situation she showed me atittdue and showed she didn't care of what I was saying, she said clients don't have meaning for her, surprising thing when I advised her to train and brief your staff properly and not charge customers for Express mail which there is no guarantee on it according to her words, it is fraud, she said yes we do fraud ?. I am so sorry for a manager like this who manages the store that includes important documents and items of people's belongings
R	R D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is by far the worse post office to ship packages and deal with some employees there. a few employees(including the manager) should be fired from this place for being rude and have zero customer service experience. i was shipping a few packages to the state and took me little time to find the right bar code from my phone for each package, and the manager tells me "there is a long line up". duahhh i didn't create your system!. they need to learn to talk to customers with respect and not rush customers because they are slow at what they do or there is a line up. also whoever is in charge of organizing/scheduling this place should go for intensive training. why they don't put another, a second computer there and schedule an extra employee during busy season. i am very very upset and disgusted with this post office. hopefully someone will read these reviews and make some good changes to this location.
S	Sp01 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Margaret was one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She has no manners nor shows any professionalism. I had to do a return for my amazon packages and I went in at 4:30pm. Yet she gave me a lot of attitude. She kept saying we have no space I cant take the big packages. I must've apologized several times even though it was not my fault and I did not want to create a scene. But she just took advantage of it and kept going on and on. I even heard her call her husband in the middle of it and tell him to pick her up 15 mins late. I have taken the liberty to lodge a formal complaint against her in Canada Post. Just because you work with Canada Post does not mean you can treat people however you want. I dont think she deserves her job.
K	Kirtan Patel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a delivery notice 15 days ago and they still don't have my package. I had to create an issue for them to investigate where the package was lost. After 7 days they called me saying I can pick up my package. I went that very same day, and the post office guy was like sorry the system is down. I went to the post office 5 times and called them 10 times and still have not received my package. This is ridiculous, plus when I went to the post office he looked mad at us for showing up. Ridiculous service, I can't believe we are paying for this garbage service.
