I am missing a very expensive package, and instead of being understanding she was being the complete opposite! By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at any establishment! Bad look Canada Post!

I went to open a post office box and switch my mail over and he sighed and rolled his eyes and got even more rude, cuz it takes awhile to do all of that. I find everytime they have to do something that takes more then a few mins they get vary rude. It's right down the street from me so I was stuck getting a post office box there or I would of walked out and never went back. Thank god my mail dont get stolen anymore and closed it up
D	Debbie Moraze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a complaint about the post person in Thoroldstone/Kalar rd area. She will not deliver if my front door is open. Yes I have a dog which is behind a glass door which is double locked, one of which is a deadbolt. I also put a baby gate across the door. The mail box is 8/10' away from the door and down some stairs. I've been stuck inside and need light. Dont know what else to do. I've taken every precaution I can. And she doesn't come by at a set time, anywhere in the morning. So I'm I to sit in a dull and dark home until she decides to come by. PLEASE someone let her know he can not get out. And she should do her job!!
D	Daniel Gosselin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used express post what a joke ,paid $15. Delivered a day later than they told me . Last time, had better success with UPS and FedEx. Stay away if want you things to arrive on time.

She was yelling on the phone and not willing help at all. For the question “can I have your name please?” My wife received answers “I have to long line with costumers waiting for me, just call 1-800…”. and she hang up… never had that unprofessional experience…
