But many years later (when I was financially able to purchase several properties) Josey and I just happened to cross paths again and I was very impressed with how good and attentive she was compared to the other RE Agents that I've had to deal with. Since then I've bought and sold many properties (from Toronto to remote rural locations) and have dealt with all sorts of Real Estate Agents. Even though I'm finally in a place that I'm extremely happy with (thanks Josey!) and have no intentions on moving, if I am ever forced to I know who I will be contacting.

The main thing you need to know about Josey is that you can trust her completely, which is important with the biggest financial transaction of your life. She is very experienced, extremely capable, hard working, calm and self-assured under pressure, and the part I like the most, an excellent communicator. You’re not left wondering what’s happening, so there’s no stress when you deal with Josey. And she has great connections, so we got fantastic photos, video and social media coverage when selling our property. The icing on the cake is that Josey is also a super nice person, and really fun to deal with. We started out as agent/client and ended as friends. I can’t say enough good things about her. Just know that if you choose Josey as your agent, you have already made the hardest and best decision you could make. The rest will be easy, because Josey will get you the best result possible. I would strongly recommend her to anybody without hesitation.
