★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Careless service! I went to this post office to cancel my mail forwarding. The lady refused to do it saying that it can only be cancelled online. I then tried the location at Shopper in Richmond Centre. I got refund right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent 2 parcels to Victoria together one was there a week ago the other been sitting in Richmond since the 14th without another update since 16th. So 5 out of 5 on first parcel 0 on this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never used to have an issue having mail move through this post office, but I have had 2 packages get "lost" in the past 10 days. This is extremely unacceptable considering it is medication that is needed. If packages are getting "lost" this consistently, perhaps it's time to investigate your employees. Needless to say, I'll be reporting this post office to Canada Post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this post office today around 1pm today and the lady was very rude, maybe I interrupted her lunch? When I went in, no one is at the front. I was trying to send 2 oversized letter mails, which I have been sending using the same size envelop and never had a problem. The lady insisted the envelope is above the size limit and has to be sent by parcel. Seriously? If you don't want to work then why come to work?
