Terry was in contact with me right away after I filled in the online pre approval. He worked with me to figure out what I needed to qualify for a mortgage. He was patient with me while I figured out my next steps. Once pre approved, Terry set me up with realtor Jason. Jason was wonderful. He was always available when I needed him and was prompt with arranging viewings for any listings I was interested in. Terry and Jason were both easy to talk to and I felt comfortable doing business with them. Over the few weeks or so it took to find a house I had a lot of questions. As I am new to the housing market I didn’t know what to except and in turn sent a lot of emails and texts for clarification. Terry and Jason always answered me promptly and were professional.
