★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good website. I like it for two reasons. Reason#1: fast. Reason#2: they bring all incorporation services into one platform. They did CRA registrations, corporation's by laws, name reports, WSIB and shareholder agreement for us. It's great idea to integrate all into one and made my life easy.

Negative: the binder they sent is not a elite class. I understand it's economic because it's cheaper than other service provider, but I would prefer better binder.

My first incorporation was done through a law firm here in downtown and costed me literally 10 times more. In my review, I would say, the best two things I enjoyed with this company 1. their extreme fast service and 2. all corporation filing into a single place. Yes, am gonna do my holding company also with them. Thanks..
