Baldock & Co was a referral, whom promptly contacted me and just as efficiently, my website was created. My first contact was a phone call, courteous and friendly. All communication, whether written or verbal, was clear, concise and relevant. I quickly realized Baldock & Co provided more than expected. Not only were they interested in creating my website, they had the desire to understand my business from the sales and marketing side. They provided clear direction, and ideas on how to market my business on the Internet. My comfort level increased and I had the freedom to define and refine the elements that were important in building my website. I felt inclusion. Pros: Professional, experienced, conscientious and knowledgeable. Cons: Honesty regarding my Logo. Too busy. Be concise. I thought that logo was the best. It wasn’t. I have a new Logo. I would recommend Baldock & Co whether you are a small business or a huge corporation. The experience is invaluable.
