★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our officer was pleasant and very courteous; the line was loooonggggg and it was 5 booths available but only one for service to the public.. ahhh come on people!!! ... weekdays? Seems ok but weekends come on. We got places to go and things to he done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Friday, March 20, 2020, at approximately 12:15 p.m., my husband and I were returning from the south to Canada, as directed by Canadian officials. I would like to comment on our experience and congratulate the four individuals, Canadian and American border officials, pre-screener agents and the border booth agent. The experience was not what we expected for the present situation. There was no line-up, at that time, all four individuals were calm, friendly, very thorough, asked us quite a few questions regarding our travels and health, and what surprised me most was the time they spent with us, and, most importantly, the in-depth information that they gave us regarding what we needed to do, know and cautions we were to take at home during this time. We congratulate management and ask that you acknowledge and congratulate these outstanding individuals for a job well done. Thank you.
