★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good news was almost no wait time on a Thursday evening (@ 6 PM). Had all our documents (vaccination cards, negative covid test results, passports) and had filled out the ArriveCan application, only to have the agent ignore the ArriveCan information and ask for everything in hard copy. He got upset that it wasn't already in my hand - you know, the one holding the phone opened to the ArriveCan app, receipt & scannable code. After this he asked all the same questions that had been entered on the app, seemingly upset we were visiting Canada. Maybe he was having a bad day, but he was simply rude and unprofessional. I expect that behavior on the US side, was disappointed to find it on the Canadian one. Oh well, the rest of the trip was pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was turned away from the border for not having a "molecular" 72 hr negative COVID test despite that not be published as a requirement anywhere online... wasn't arrested when we got lost and almost crossed the border so overall okay. But GET TESTED WITHIN 72 HRS or your time will be wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you see and agent in training with another agent.. change lane asap. Your going to stay there forever . We went to ny for mothers day weekend me and 3 other women. The agent in training will ask you all the useless and time consuming questions. At the end we ended up getting pulled to the side for a check up. Because we have been honest and said we bought 3 cases of beer of pack of 6 which was ok. But no... this agent decided to pull us over for that. Did not even check ourvaxcode. Not even our arrive can.wast of time. I understand they are just trying to do their job. But they do what they want because they are in a power trip in their little booths in the middle of nowhere lacolle. Take note AVOID AGENT IN TRAINING .when you see 2 agent in a booth change lanes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All three agents I interacted with were very polite and helpful. I was selected for a search, as I ALWAYS am, but everyone was nice and very courteous, which was a first.
I am not injected, and I expected a lot more trouble crossing the borders in Quebec... not at all. The only thing I'd say is that they gave me NO information at all about the quarantine, which would have been helpful. Had to spend hours on the phone to get everything figured out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was an easy experience, mostly. The officials were nice and helpful. private interrogation rooms, although they somehow lost my boxer/briefs after the cavity search. But, they still got it done quickly. Just remember not to use restroom close to your arrival time. This makes giving your stool and sperm samples easy and quick. Also remember to wait a little to begin driving again after the polygraph, the sedatives will still be in your system for a bit.
