We had our paperwork in order, the app all completed ,and they slow rolled us for 3-1/2 hours of the most incompetent, power tripping misery that I have ever witnessed. This place epitomized all that is wrong with government workers.

Somehow my small luggage fell out there and we didn’t realize until the next morning. They are so kind to ship it to us since we are quarantining. Very kind people!

I know some people have bad experiences but I only post honest opinions and the two gentlemen I dealt with were very professional I only gave 4 out of 5 stars because my manifest didn't have the declared value of what was on my trailer. Really who cares what it's worth you're not paying for it.

Do you change those said gloves, after each vehicle???You want us to wear masks so as to not spread germs but you can wear germ infested gloves all day???? Gloves are the most unsanitary thing out there if NOT changed after each person. You are making matters worse. Think about what you are doing by wearing them!!! Only thinking of yourselves.
M	Melon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely nervous to cross as I was walking across the border to immigrate with all my belongings. I was dropped off at the border, they have a very convenient parking lot and pedestrian bridge that takes you inside. The staff offered to watch my items and pets as I went inside to process my paperwork. They really went above and beyond to make it as least stressful for me as possible. Everyone seemed in great spirits and genuinely wanted to ensure safety of everyone. One agent watched over my cat and frog as I took my on site Covid test and helped me walk my belongings and pets to the other side of the pedestrian bridge to the parking lot. She was absolutely wonderful, I believe her last name began with H. (Thank you so so much!) I sincerely appreciate how easy my PR landing was, and hope others experience the excellent service that I did.
B	Bill Goode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ it appears that Google is falsely reporting the traffic at this US - Canada border crossing. Many news reports say that traffic is still backed up at this border crossing, yet Google traffic is not showing the backup. So do we believe the news reports or do we believe Google Maps? I think I'll go with the news reports. Google is becoming less and less reliable. Attached photo is dated 7 Feb 2022. Google traffic needs to catch up on the news.

I especially want to praise Officer Johnson for being very courteous and helpful! I needed a new work permit and my case was a little complicated! Nonethelees, he helped me! Thanks very much!
