★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them in regards to a certain chemical for specific application, I had a question about it because I need to buy some chemicals. They said they would call me back they did not. I called again the next day because they had said they would call me back the day before, someone took down my information again and said oh no problem we will call you this afternoon. Again nobody called me back. I called the third time and I’m given a number of somebody to call, one of their sales reps who would know about what I would need. I called him, he said he would call me right back, He never did. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company.

Power washer there to get fixed and right away to tell you it's too much money
And then they try to sell you a brand-new one for double than what it's really worth
I would stay away from this place I would not do business with these people they're a bunch of crooks

At first, the pressure seemed a bit too low. They were very quick to have it repaired. I brought it In on Tuesday afternoon, had it back next morning.

I am sending this email to you let you know how pleased I am with the service and products that I received when placing a special order for a pressure washer and accessories. Dave, Bill and Scott jumped through many hoops to meet the specs and any safety requirements for the equipment. Bill showed and explained many options on how he could build the special accessories I needed for our project at an OPG Nuclear site, he made sure that they were made of the best suited materials and the workmanship showed upon delivery.
