H	Heino Grenz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One problem I always face is the long line up.the other day I waited 45 min to get 1 book. I would recommend to set up a self checkout, that would save everyone time.

I called the distance student resource number, but had to leave a message. Waited a couple days for a call back. None. Drove downtown, paid for parking. Went to store. The book wasn't in stock. Asked the worker to call the other location to see if it was available there. Waited 30 minutes for a reply. Long story short is they need a better phone system.

Not sure why other people had peoples I guess that's what happens when people aren't as smart as their smartphones and don't know how read from a website

There was only one guy who had any idea what was going on and all the staff kept lining up to ask him questions. Definitely seemed like the staff needed more training. Not a very good experience.

Since the new transition to online ordering its even worse than it used to be... if you are ordering expect to wait 3 4 weeks.... Im just so dissatisfied with the speed of service here.
S	Sean G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The second that you know what books you require for class you should order them as there is a good chance something will be on backorder. Paying for SOME photocopied "books" that you use once and never again gets a bit old but the college needs to make money somehow I guess. The staff are always friendly and are helpful, they have come in clutch if you do forget something important or needed like safety glasses or ear plugs, rulers, etc (although marked up greatly of course)
