★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family went for the tube ride down the river. I'll start with the good: the tube ride itself was very relaxing and fun.
the bad:
The wait was extremely long. It was one hour just to pay, after which there was a second line which lasted another 2 hours. At no point during this process do they tell you how much of a wait to expect, so waiting in 40C heat only to find out there's a second line was unacceptable. This tube wasn't great for families. Weren't warned that our kids would have to carry heavy tubes for 200m at drop off, which was nearly impossible for my kids (8 and 10) to manage. The long wait wasn't appropriate for children either as it was mostly twenty-something partiers, drinking, doing drugs, and yelling.
the ugly:
In the time of covid, this place did almost nothing to ensure the safety of visitors. They claim that you have to wear a mask on the bus ride, but even that wasn't enforced and the driver didn't wear a mask. In the line, almost nobody wore a mask, and nobody respected physical distance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very welcoming ambience for cyclists. We stayed here for one night while cycling the trail. The beach is nice too. The staff were quite helpful. Definitely recommended!
