Corey just called me yelling at me he is closing my account because I am asking where my goods are. He says I am harassing his staff but they know nothing of my order. What is going on here? I have never seen this in my career!!

Always get lied to. Booked an appointment to have a cable changed, showed up at scheduled time and was told “we don’t have the tools to do that”.
At least 3rd time I’ve been turned away with an appointment.
