Total Modular Ltd has been a leader in modular construction in Canada since 2008. Our focus is providing top quality, custom designed products with the client’s needs and budget at the forefront of every project.
Our 48,000 sq ft heated indoor production facility is located in Edmonton, Alberta. Our plant allows us to build in a controlled environment year round and we follow strict construction guide lines. We use high quality materials guaranteeing top-of-the-line completed modular units, with a focus on energy efficiency including insulation and ventilation.
At TML our knowledgable management team has over 40 years combined experience in modular construction. Not only do we build the box, but we are always thinking outside of it! Total Modular proudly employs skilled tradespeople and journeymen, which ensures high quality craftsmanship and a seamless construction experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't pay their bills. Tries to pay, cheque bounces. Employees pay vendors out of their own pocket to keep work moving. Company drags out payables for many months, then offers to settle up and pay in advance for more work... then bounces cheque again.
If you want to be paid for your work, definitely don't work with Total Modular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company seems to be ok with hiring trades and not paying them. I was in contact with the owner for a long time about getting paid for work that we had done and he strung me along for months with false promises about payment. We finally came to an arrangement that he would pay me in full for a previous job and pay me in advance for the next job. When it came time to start, I asked for the money and he said after the job was done. I refused and he has since blocked my emails. I've spoken to a couple other trades that have done work for them and have been having the exact same issue. Do not do business with this company as you are receiving a product that they have stolen from their subtrades.
