Camp Manitou - Headingley

Awesome camp with lots of fun activities! Great experience for school kids on a daytime field trip! Staff are knowledgeable and great with kids! I highly recommend it!

My son absolutely love this place!!! 2 week long camps this summer, one being overnight. Now he's back for a couple day winter camps. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody with out a second guess!!

Hey,,, well that was my first time there,, ill have to say,, i didnt camp there, as i was just dropping some people off. But i was there long enough to check out some of the amenities. What a great place, cabins were very modern and very well kept, the lodge is older but in very good condition. Believe it or not but it looks as though they just built an outdoor regulation size hockey rink. Its all enclosed at the roof

I take my son here for hockey practice. He also attends thier summer programs, so from what I've seen of thier facilities and the way my son talks about the people he has met. I,d say it's good in my books.

Beautiful new outdoor rink that truly combines the best of indoor rink with feeling of being outdoors surrounded by beautiful trees. Plexiglass all the way around and large roof overhead protecting from the elements complete with Zamboni, heated change areas, and arena like lighting. Love it!

Great facility, awesome experience for our team. Sound Covid-19 protocols and safety measures, friendly responsible staff, great ice and the dressing rooms are terrific! Highly recommend!

I have been working for TNYF 50/50 since Aug 21/12 love every minute ‘n proud to be an employee of the Foundation. Occasionally I work with the Events staff or the Merch at concerts. I’m truly blessed to work with the Foundation & co-workers. The Foundation works very hard to raise funds throughout the year for The Hockey Academy, Project 11 & Camp Manitou all for the Children’s future team building. What fills my heart when I’m working at either a Wpg Jets or MB Moose game ‘n I see the children eyes lite up when they see their friend or themselves on the TV screen above my booth skating at the Bell MTS Hockey Academy. They pull the clothing or poke to get their parents attention to show them the TV screen. Look look mom or dad can you see me. There was another time which brought a tear to my heart a young girl about 10 years old talking to me about project 11 as they had a speaker in their classroom that day. She was wanted to thank me. I said I would pass this on ‘n told Kait when my shift was done. ♥️ We had a 50/50 windup what a perfect place but at Camp Manitou. This camp is tucked away in Headingley who knew. I always thought it was North of Winnipeg. Once I arrived at the camp you would never know it was just outside the city limits. I was quite impressed. We were shown the cabins, lodge, outdoor rink, hall, huge fire pit, rock climbing, ropes to climb, obstacles course, trampoline, winter slide, many trails to hike & even a fishing ? location. There is so much for the children to do once they arrive. Who would not want to go wait who would want to leave this amazing place!! We were told the spots for Summer camp is almost full. To be a kid again. ?? ?? ? Thanks to Kait, Julie, Thomas, Jen, MacKenzie for always being there for us at Bell MTS Place with smiles on your faces/heart. See you in the Fall start of 2019/20 season. What a great facility, the cabins are great and sleep 12 people comfortably. Bathrooms are close by with showers. We were there in the winter and had a lot of fun, will definitely check this place out in the summer.
