About Camp Manitou
Bursaries are available to subsidize camp fees. Please direct inquiries to the Camp Director of the camp program you or your child wish to attend, together with a brief explanation of need.
A Bursary Fund is maintained through the donation of financial gifts to assist campers who cannot afford to attend on their own. These donations are used specifically for the benefit of campers and / or families with their registration fees.
If you wish to donate to the Bursary Program, use the Paypal Donate button below and note, there will be a field on the Paypal form to “Indicate where to direct your donation”. Alternatively a cheque can be mailed to the Treasurer, Camp Manitou, 718 Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury, ON P3E 6H5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manitou is one of my favourite places ever. The family camps are the best way to enjoy an easy-going vacation for those who love camping, but hate tents. The cabins are essentially just four walls, a door, and four bunk beds but you'll be spending most of your time outside anyway! Meals are provided and always delicious (and there's always coffee in the morning!).
Note that the point on Google Maps is NOT the actual camp, but where you catch the boat that will bring you to the camp that's west down the channel. The camp is inaccessible by car.
