★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the man who owns and operates this company is very rude, called for a quote he never showed up to do the quote and was very rude on the phone. also, emailed him telling him to stop parking his vehicles (both private vehicles, and work trucks more then one at most times on the top of a hill in a school zone + bus zone and his response was to "Learn how to drive" its a blind hill and an accident is going to happen because he thinks the road is his driveway

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They responded quickly after a tree had fallen on the roof of my house. Not only removing the tree they cleaned up the mess, rake the yard and removed any derbree out of the gutter. Took the tree down to stump. I was very please with this company and would recommend them for tree services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Wilf come out and quote the job. To drop a tree in my front yard. I would be then cutting the tree up and removing it myself. Set a date to have the tree dropped. He moved the date 3 times and then finally sent out a worker to drop the tree himself with no spotter. The worker assessed the job and deemed it unsafe to do so. Which is fine.Tried contacting him again to reschedule and he never returned my phone calls. Had a trailer rented for almost 2 weeks for no reason. Money was never exchanged for the job but still totally unprofessional to essentially ghost a customer. I would steer completely clear of this company at all costs.
