Launched new portal that has not been particularly easier to navigate, and for the reports that we need, the old portal was better and the information provided was all in one report. These aren't huge issues, but the issue that I have is that their support has not been anywhere near the type of support/service that I get from other payment processors. Not only do I have to wait at least 10 minutes every time I've called in (which I've tried to keep to a minimum -- today's wait is now at 47 minutes and counting), they have no way for us to email in questions or create help tickets... every other payment processor that I've worked with has provided some sort of contact other than phone contact. They are not customer friendly, in my experience.
