B	Bryanne Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately giving this place a 0 rating isnt an option or else believe me it would be. Called to ask a few questions about filing income tax. The older man who answered the phone was SO RUDE it disgusted me. He yelled that he couldnt hear me clearly so i tried to repeat myself he then cut me off in the middle of my question and said NO and hung up the phone. If this is how he speaks to someone over the phone i cannot imagine how he treats people in person. I will never consider going here even as last resort.

As a professional myself, I was taken back by the numerous curt comments made throughout my dealings with this organization. That however is the least of my concern. Due to convienience , as I reside in the area, I was willing to overlook their poor professional conduct, which included (as other reviews detail) having to drop off the same documents several times, poor follow up, errors made (important details missing from my returns which they acknowledged were overlooked-not exactly in a tactful manner), etc. For a period of time, I was willing to overlook their conduct due to convienience, however after growing tired of my experience with Cambridge, I consulted with another accountant. I was made aware of significant mistakes made on my taxes during my years with Cambridge and I have missed out on money that I have been entitled to for several years. I am typically not the type to write reviews online and would normally just cut my losses and move my business elsewhere. However in my last interaction with Cambridge I attempted to bring up my concerns and as expected, no reparation or even acknowledgement occurred. Hopefully others will see this review and avoid having the same experience as I did by staying clear of their services.
D	D D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly this place is a JOKE! I went in and asked if they knew how to do a certain thing with my taxes and if they could help. They said YES. But I realised they did not except credit card, and I did not have cash. They said that is fine they would send me the bill. So neither of the 2 guys there actually knew how to do my request. The worst thing was is I got sent the bill, I drove down and paid cash to settle, then a coupe months later they call me and said I didn't pay them yet and they would call collections on me if I didn't pay. I remembered paying the useless old man and I questioned Cambridge is it not possible THEY made a mistake. They said Ofcrouse not, and started swearing at me. So I DOUBLE paid them for doing a job they said they could do BUT COULDN'T to shut these idiots up. I went home and eventually found my original receipt, I went back and collected my money and the lady just said oh sorry about that...To think I was treated this way even when I first went there I told them I was good friends with their deceased family member. I called about getting my tax return done because it is a bit more complicated than in past years (employment and first year of home business income). As I was explaining that I had already done my return and wanted an expert to go over it to make sure it was OK, “John” interrupted and said “I am stopping you right there as we are too busy to do that.” He was rude and dismissive. I understand if they are busy, he could have said that in a much more professional way and not been a jerk. Would never recommend going there to anyone!
D	Dan Keillor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most amazing tax expert have ever dealt with. Many years expereince working for Revenue Canada. Explains everything concisely and clearly. Brought my tax to him today and will be ready Monday. Was missing government T4 Which he got for me. Would have taken hours on phone for me to do myself. Started dealing with him when my wife passed. He walked me through the estate tax when I was extremely vulnerable. He is knowledgeably, personable, and has a sense of humor. Gets me every credit I am entitled to. I would not hesitate to refer him to my dearest family and friends(which I have). Not sure other people's issues but all I can say is he is amazing at what he does.

S	S “Shirley” Harris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it was possible I would give ZERO STARS!The older gentleman was EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED RUDE and DISMISSIVE. I had to continually follow up otherwise I would be STILL WAITING for my taxes and then he BLAMED ME saying "You SHOULD have came in, we were waiting." HOW? I was the one waiting for a call, that never came. He kept getting my 19 year old son's tax and mine mixed up when I did call when I was doing follow up calls. He just couldn't keep our returns straight. Turns out both my son and I were overcharged to get our taxes prepared and when I inquired about the fee he couldn't tell me what company's fees were and if that wasnt enough, he then said, "Go somewhere else next year" and "This isn't Walmart". HUH? How do you NO WHAT YOUR CHARGING FEES ARE? RUN, DO NOT GO THERE. I don't have the confidence that my taxes were done right this is the first year I owe and it's a large sum. I will have them reassessed. It just doesnt add up. HUGE REGRET!

I said my taxes were done wrong I want help doing them right and she said, WERE TOO BUSY WE CANT HELP YOU!
