They delete truthful reviews that spotlight their terrible business activities and have friends and coworkers write favourable reviews. Beware what you read online. I am writing a truthful review Do not use Vic's Accounting/All-Year Tax. These people made huge errors while keying our taxation information - errors that I caught and that would have resulted in major CRA headaches for me. And after that, AND charging me the full price to prepare and e-file my taxes, they FORGOT to file my taxes. How does this even happen? You have to sign off on a document saying they have filed the taxes. Regardless, I didn't even realize they hadn't filed the taxes until I called CRA many weeks later to inquire about my refund. When I advised All-Year of the issue, Inwas told by the rude receptionist that "someone would try to get back to me, but they were all VERY busy". So once you pay your fee don't expect any assistace from these people. Finally, many phone calls from me and days later my taxes were filed. When I again called the office looking to speak to someone about how rhis could have happened, I was told by the receptionist "well, it's done now. What else do you want?" I wanted someone to own the mistake and I wanted an apology for being given the runaround and kept in the lurch for over a week. We pay good money to have professionals prepare our taxation documents. This place caused me nothing but stress and angered me enough with their poor customer service and curt staff that I want to make damn sure no one else gives this business their money and trust.
S	Salt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i booked my tax return day the lady that process it is pretty snarky and on the tax day i am booked at 4:30 but since there was someone before me i ended up getting served at 5pm.... wow. Go else where. There's probably a reason why they gotta change name lol.
A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give no stars for my review, I suggest seeking another company to handle your taxes. Tried to have my taxes done at All Year. I had been waiting for almost 2 months to have my taxes done until I recently gave up. Heard nothing back from their company, called and emailed numerous times. He’s always ‘with a customer’. I’m being treated just like the other people have stated in their reviews. Not a way to run a business, very disappointed in the way things have been handled. I’m lucky enough to find someone else who is taking care of my taxes and will have them done right away to avoid any further penalties from the government for being late in submitting my taxes, which has been caused by All Year Tax. Give yourself some peace of mind and use another accountant.

Something that should have been so simple turned into me having my return being overly delayed. The first thing I said in my appointment (and urged that it was very important) was that I needed to make sure my address was updated so that my cheque would go to the correct address. They assured me it would be taken care of. About 2 week laters I had a bad feeling and phoned to make sure my current address was listed, and sure enough they didn’t change it. Not only that, but my cheque had already been issued and sent out. So in order to get it reissued to me, I had to be on the phone with CRA for an hour, wait 2 weeks for them to send me a letter to sign, send it back and wait for them to reissue it (which I still haven’t received). I had gotten my tax return processed back in February, so instead of getting my return in a timely fashion, it’s now almost May and I’m still waiting. All this could have been avoided, had they double checked and maybe listened to what I had asked. Very disappointed with this company and certainly won’t be returning
M	M D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using All Season for a few years now. Normally I have been very happy with the speed they are able to prepare and the customer service. This year in 2020 I booked an appointment time, and when I showed up at my time, they took another guy waiting in the waiting area first. I was pretty ticked off. If you make an appointment, then you should keep the appointment time! I edited your review from 5 stars to 3 stars because of this.

S	Stephanie Zurawski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They had taxes for weeks, nobody would get back to me, emails ignored, told I would get called back, then nobody would call me back, would be told they are just about done, then would wait another 2 weeks and still nothing (my taxes are not complicated). Finally heard back from someone, got offered filing for free. After he went through taxes, told me I owed $2000.0. Got 2 other opinions. I ended up having a refund. $2000.0 tax mistake after being ignored and pushed back for weeks. Will never return after being a loyal customer for years.
B	Branden Douglas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience dealing with All-Year Tax Services was incredibly frustrating. I dropped off my corporate tax info, a month went by with no reply. I called and left several messages inquiring as to the status, none were returned. When I did manage to reach a real person, they took a message and told me the accountant would get back to me, which never happened. This occurred several times until I opted to take my business elsewhere, which I'm glad I did. I will never return.
