★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've only rented thier 5-ton trucks. Clean, well maintained, newer, and the staff are nice and helpful. It would have been 5 stars but the lift gates they have on all save one truck, dont allow you to line up to docks correctly. And the cut away for the use of the tailgates dont allow dock plates to rest flat on the truck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was not happy with the service. Before I purchased the truck it was good I got the calls back. Once the truck was paid for I came 3 weeks later to pick it up. Paid 90,000 for the truck. It wasn’t clean. And wasn’t ready to go as the clutch brake failed right in their yard. If I go purchase any other vehicle whether it be a semi or a car for 90,000 I’m pretty positive it would’ve Atleast been cleaned. I came back to Calgary to inquire about the detail. Left my sales lady a voicemail and no respond back. No text or phone call. Got my wife to email her and then she responded. The manager was understanding and I believe he did as best he could on his part. Finally then we got a detail and it was the most basic package. Just basically a wipe down. So now I have to get it detailed properly as I was told that they will only cover the basic package for 150 and if I want more I will have to pay for it my self.
