A	Aaron Leslie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's surprising that MPI has partnered with this towing company. One week ago I was told Champion Towing was delayed by 3-4 days. I have been waiting for a tow for 1 week now. When I called to follow up after 6 days, I was greeted with a simple mumbled "hello", and then told that it will take an additional 3-4 days for a truck to show up. I called Canadian Tire Roadside Assistance and they estimated they would have a tow truck arrive within 3 hours.

I phoned another towing company and they arrived within 2 hours! If you want quick and efficient service and professionalism, call Dr hook instead!!!!

I was informed it would take up to 48 hours to be towed. I called Championship Towing on the fifth day, and finally on the seventh day. It took seven days for a tow!!

Would absolutely recommend Champions Towing to anyone who needs it. Great customer service and willingness to communicate.

Nissan roadside assistance advised me at 8:00am yesterday that Champion Towing would be picking up my vehicle. 4hrs later, no one arrived. They updated me stating that they would be another 4hrs. So I waited & once again, they didn't arrive. I was then advised that they'd be here in an hour, no one arrived again...10hrs of waiting! I was then told they'd be here this morning between 7AM and 8AM to ensure my vehicle would be at the dealership when they opened. I said it had to be there as my car has an appointment. I got up at 6:45 this morning (on my day off) & no one arrived! Was again told it would be another 4hrs, so here we go again. Unacceptable. Nissan canceled the request & I am now waiting for another towing company to arrive.
B	Brian Ulrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service, lie constantly telling you they are coming to get your vehicle in no more then 2 hours and 19 hours later they still haven’t picked it up, no manager to talk to because it’s Easter Monday, when you read reviews you can see a trend that they tell you they are coming so you will give them the tow but then use it as infill for whenever it’s convenient for them. One very rude dispatch person, there message while they put you on hold says that they don’t make empty promises and the customer means so much….. what a load of garbage! They could care less. Told them that someone went through my vehicle now because they told us to leave the keys in it and unlocked, when I told this to the useless dispatcher there comment was “well we didn’t tell you to leave the vehicle “ I guess they expect there valued customers to wait 19 plus hours to make sure that nothing happens to there own vehicle that “Champion “, that’s a joke to name this company that, decided to just leave behind.

Daniel was the person to tow me out and he was extremely friendly and had top tier customer service, didn't damage my vehicle at all, communicating with me every step of the way. Nothing bad to say about the service at all. Price is a little high, but they still tried to help me out there aswell, and you do get what you pay for and I had the best towing service you can get.
J	Jose Nepomuceno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an Unforgivable event. Champion tow guy came at 4pm March 9 to pull out my car from my backlane pad. He just walked back and forth. Drove back and forth and even asked me to hold a lever switch to release the cable while he pulls it out till it reached my car which I am not supposed to do. After pulling the car out of the pad halfway it took him hours to think of what to do and waited around 7pm and left my car blocking half the backlane. See photo. Cars were forced to pass on the deep shoulders he had created back and forth. 2 cars got stuck and I had to help my lady neighbor with children onboard to get them out so I shoveled in freezing -35° temp. I am an elderly who cant stay out on the cold for more than 15min. This guy endangered me and my neighbors. This guy should be disciplined. He does not deserve to be in the rescue business. I called their dispatch 4 times until they sent another guy at around 10:30 pm. This new guy took only 30 minutes to pullout my car. Please train your guys completely before you send them to emergency or rescue situations.
