★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot rent is over $1000 to trap long time tenants. How can they get out? Who will buy their properties and willingly pay such a disgustingly high lot rent fee? Their website boasts not having to pay for a gym membership. Yeah, like that's worth over $12,000 a year. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to live in. The lot rent is ridiculous and goes up every year. They don't care that a lot of seniors on fixed income are living there. The park isn't even maintained. When we checked my husband's credit report, they put a payment on it which wasn't even us that missed it. Weirdly enough it was a guy with the same name in the park that it was for but when I emailed them they agreed that it was another person with the same name but still hasn't done anything about it. They're not even worth the star I gave.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potholes not fixed, boundary fence not fixed or maintained, very high lot rent and going up, electricity and gas now unit responsibility, that added about $300.00 more a month to unit costs. I understand there is shortly to be a protest. Many empty lot spaces because units are leaving. Wouldn't surprise me if people decide to not pay the lot fee. Staff don't fix the problems.

The water pipes the supply everyones park breaks every year seems like they're allways shutting the water off, they dont plow or gravel the roads & they want to raise the rent every year, even if you own your own home you pay as much as someone who rents a full house its honestly ridiculous & I hate this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last year I rented a new mobile house my experience is totally positive because the staff was really nice and the house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the yard that works good for my family i will miss the scenery in the morning . The place is quiet and safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live here curntly and its the worst place to rent. our pipes have been frozen since dec 18 2021 and we called the emergency fix line and still waiting for them to come deal with it. We have also called the front office multiple times and they never answer and leaving messages is pointless. Since day one we have had nothing but problems .
