★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never visited a Calgary fasteners location before, and did not know what to expect. often when visiting a tool specialty store, the first person you talk to has no idea what 1/8" is, so I was a little worried. I was doing some shopping for a pop rivet gun, and a fellow came and introduced himself. Duane (spelling?) had a bit of salt and pepper in the beard(always a good sign), and used to work on a farm for a living, he not only figured out what I was trying to do, he offered a wise suggestion on top of it. I really appreciate his work today. Now all i need to focus on is tearing down a machine, which isn't an issue when you have the right tools. I'll definitely be back to open an account with them for future business. NOTE: they are happy to invite you into the warehouse, but you must have a pair of steel toes on!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gotta say this is my go to store for my company supplies but went in there today to buy some masks and nitrate gloves . The masks weren’t the usual 3m masks I usually get with a filter ..the masks I got were a cheaper Chinese masks no filter and charged me 60$ for ten masks that’s price gouging at its finest thanks Calgary fasteners best step is calling covid hotline for price gouging !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in on a Saturday morning and the guys were really helpful and knowledgeable, and with great prices. This is just a first impression but from my 10 minute convo with the service desk guy and I think a manager i can tell these people are absolute beauties. Will return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Customer Service- my experience was not at the location but with my company's sales rep Paul. It took over two weeks to get a simple response. When I asked a question about products in person he asked me to email him. I waited a week then sent a follow up email, now two weeks later he came in to answer me in person. I did not receive an explanation or apology for his lack of response and just poor customer service all around. I had to take my business elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well the problem I have is the same as the last review I just read. I looked up the web site and noticed it said “open but closing soon 12:00pm”. So I rushed out the door from Dewiton to pick up some supplies. so I arrive at their door at 11:30-11:45 just to pull on a locked door. So I try to call with no answer. Then noticed the reviews and how someone else had the same problem. The girl from Calgary fasteners then replied to his review and basically said it was an invalid review. Well I don’t think it is at all cause I just wasted time and fuel to come out to their store. In fact I think it’s negligence on the stores part and being lazy and not changing their web site for the long weekend. Anyways. I would just hope their staff realize the problem here and take a minute to change their website on a long weekend cause some people still want to buy parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on the phone and had a bit of a dumb question for them as I’ve never been here before to purchase hardware. They took my question in stride without making me bad for my question. In store experience was even better. Brought in my broken bolt and they gentleman I asked literally dropped what he was doing to help me. He named my hardware from the back (and even gave me some helpful recommendations regarding my use for them) and took me to the front to ring up. The other staff at the front were incredibly polite and even engaged with my 6 year old I had in tow.
Super happy with not only the price for my purchase, but with the staff who were there too. Will definitely revisit for my future nuts and bolts needs.
