J	James Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During pandemic I have been trying to support my local stores, today I remembered why CALFAST is such an awful store. their Customer Service is sub-par, and downright insulting. I asked if they can even come close to a competitors prices, since they are selling the item way over priced, and I was told " JUST GO BUY IT FROM THEM THEN" I will!

A lady behind the counter called out to me and helped me out, saving me from walking down aisles. Was in and out in less than 10 minutes. They have filtered respirators which is impossible to find for the past year at big box stores.

Walked in to Calgary Fasteners, went to the parts desk. Showed the guy what I needed, he grabbed them. I paid and walked out. Easy peasy.

Then there was no effort to look up the part or check stock at a different store. So I left called around and found what I needed at a different supplier.. But normally their pretty good.

1	1kw off grid RV (960watt Off Grid RV) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a little confused which store had what I was looking for in stock. Had to check a second store and what a difference! Friendly staff, an actual store not just a service counter and sales staff in a back warehouse. During these times of supply chain delays. Awesome job no pressure.

So many tools and accessories and just wow! And the prices are good. Dana helped me out and was very friendly. She was able to get me everything I needed. She went several extra miles (and I think multiple stair trips!) to make sure I had all accessories I would need. I left the store and was able to set up my stuff without that "oh no I didn't get x, y & z!" moment - the one that happens after the store is closed and it's -20! Thank you again Dana and Calgary Fasteners & Tools!!
