Aish was just raised, and they pay on time every month. Really helps alot of people who are not able to help themselves as well. I just believe it's a great program all the way around =)

Staff were very nice and friendly. I was looked after promptly. My questions were all answered by someone who was informative and knew what information I was looking for.

Everyone else i have talked to has got their check june 1st 2021. It is now june 21st. And my bills have not been paid, and many other important thinhs have not been attended to. I have experienced nothing but clerical issues on THEIR END then them trying to gaslight me as the one who messed up and abuse of power issues with my Aish workers since the start of Aish. This month, September/2021 they failed to even pay the $1 to keep my bennifits in tact. This service has caused much more distress and health issues for me and I would urge to other people depending on Aish to have a representative protect you as the one who is sick and vunrable as I feel they have treated me in highly inappropriate and unprofessional ways throught my two years relying on this service.

I have an autistic child who was approved for Aish the day he turned 18 his worker who I've spoken to first denied his direct deposit form it had to be stamped by the bank , then she tells me that my son will only recieve retroactive pay from the month he was approved not from the day he turned 18 eventhough it states that he's entitled to it . We had a very recent family tragedy and Christian has had no access to his medication and he is struggling finacially and emotionally . His worker has ignored our pleas for help just to obtain his prescriptions which he hasn't had access to in months . I have found this process to be extremely difficult and very hard to navigate and I am not the one who has autism so can you just imagine how difficult it would be for him to navigate? It's been five months and he still hasn't received anything eventhough he's approved and his worker was quote rude to me and I've had to now file complaints with disability advocates and I'm contacting government officials as this is unacceptable and appauling that our most weak and volnerable of the population are suffering as a result of these people . They have no compassion and empathy for my son who is suffering tremendously and he still has not received any of the fund's he's been approved for . I'm dumbfounded

What a joke.. I've been on aish for awhile now and they have so many rules and guidelines that as adults aren't even allowed to have on the income and I'm one of those adults. For a goverment funded program that offers this service, they don't pay for a bloody thing. Takes them forever to get answers back about the simplest of questions. They don't pay for anything or you have to fight them to do it. Even if you are employed you can't have a maximum dollar because then you won't qualify for the monthly income which is so stupid.
