★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. I was 45 minutes early for appointment time but they take too long . Only 1 small washroom that can be used by 1 person at a time . Some one inside the washroom took forever and was very hard to wait for 3 hours. Line up of drivers inside waiting for washroom. No reason for me to come back for them from California .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place. 0500 am apointnent, unloaded a 53ft trailer with produce from California by 0600. I get a kick out of the comment by Harjinder from Californi. Ask Harjinder how long it takes California shippers to load down there. My record is 34hrs. The average is usually 5 to 12 hrs. Do us a favor and don't come back to Canada.....

Heads up - don't bother with the buzzer at the gate. Just drive in and back against the fence to your right.
Then check in. You'll hear about it if you don't...which I love!!!
It's their SOP please respect it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys have to seriously improve your delivery service. You're always late. We have to extend our people on a stat day because your truck is 3 hrs behind?? And if we're are the one late to put out order,you guys are very quick to charge us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor company. Always late and driver's are horrendous. Twice now a driver has done property damage because they don't know how to drive.... and we have to fight to get reimbursed for the damages. Staff are rude and management is very poor. Go elsewhere!
