CSA Balloons was amazing to work with. From my initial request for a quote to having finished custom product in my hands took only four days. They were friendly, efficient, and the balloons made our event look extra special. I've already recommended them to several colleagues who work in the conference and special events field and will continue to sign their praises!

Needed a logo printed on 1000 balloons stat... only was able to provide six days notice. Luckily CSA was able to deliver. Their rush options are great to have, couldn't find others in the city that could turn around an order so quick! I called to order on a Tuesday, and they were done on Friday as promised. Great quality! Much recommend!

We have purchased branded balloons from CSA Balloons for all of our events over the last two years. The balloons are always of highest quality and the service we have received is always friendly, fast and professional.

Worst customer service I have yet to ever encounter - and that says a great deal. You would think being a printing company it would make sense to the individual answering the phone what is meant by 'the ability to print from a USB stick for he purpose of printing a document' and perhaps not point out the obvious of what the company does - that just seems obvious by the name of company. If I was the owner I would be thinking future sales - word of mouth is good advertising so maybe if I was that employee answering the phone I would be a bit more open and ask a simple question such as, "our main practice is transferring print to balloons, are you looking to print a simple document? We do have a computer {pending on how busy} maybe if a simple document is required i can see what I can do for $0.25 a page and while it's printing you can take a look at the primary services we provide for any future needs".... I'm calling and asking obviously due to a bind and randomly searching Google Maps - the employee (time permitting) could have gotten me out of the bind (I thank Isource for accomplishing that check them out across from Northhill Mall) and got me into the business whereby my overall impression of them is already beeming and gives me a chance to suddenly remember an upcoming event whereby which after being in the store and having them help me I reciprocate and place an order for that future event and suddenly I'm spreading word of mouth along with a positive Google Review just how good the store is and I'm not like now posting a 1 ⭐ and horrible service review. Better luck next time and hopefully better customer service skills and sales tactics. Absolutely most disappointing interaction to date.
