★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joel was great to work with - super positive and helpful. His marketing materials were great and his team did a fantastic job with photography. I never met Joel in person due to COVID and he was really adaptable to the current times and made everything work out.
Joel was realistic about the current economy and the pricing required to sell my condo. Ultimately, he sold it in less than a month and took care of everything.
I would definitely recommend Joel. He knows how to sell!

He came prepared with comparables and an idea of what price we could sell our home at, was quick to get it listed and negotiated the best selling price we could get. When it came to the purchase of our dream home, he was very patient as we saw multiple properties, made multiple offers and finally closed on our "forever" home. Without Joel's help, insight and constant communication I can't say that we'd be in the place we are today. If you're looking for someone who will put your interests first, provide witty commentary and knows the city like the back of his hand, hire Joel as your Realtor!
