" We'd been considering listing our home for some time so when we received Michael's flyer in our mailbox, we decided to give him a call. After our initial meeting with him, it was quite evident that he had done his homework - he was very knowledgeable on all the comparable listings in our area and able to help us come up with a list price that we were comfortable with but that remained competitive. Michael recommended a staging company and with his help, we quickly had the house ready for showings. After being listed for merely three days, the house was conditionally sold; less than a week later, the sale was official. When we found our new home, Michael negotiated $45,000 off the asking price! We had a few unanswered questions with respect to the new property and Michael went beyond the call of duty and looked into getting us some answers for many of these outstanding details - so very helpful. Michael is very detail-oriented and ensured that all of our bases were covered with both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. We'd recommend Michael's services in a heartbeat. "

Most recently, he was amazing in helping us sell our house quickly during the pandemic. His keen eye for staging really showcased our home’s strengths and helped us receive competing offers in a difficult market. Selling for over list price felt great.
Where he really shone, though, was on closing. We were out of province and there were some issues at possession that needed to be addressed (through no fault of his!). While we were in BC, he worked very hard to coordinate everything, and his experience, hard work and dedication were evident in helping us through a stressful time.
