★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had no business with this company, but I was witness of the careless and even dangerous behaviour of their commercial truck driver on Barlow Trail. An SUV was in front of the truck on parallel lane with the turn signal flashing to warn the change the lane. Their truck driver saw the signal perfectly, but instead of the expected responsible action, he (or maybe she) started accelerating and speeding above the allowable limit causing potential accident on the road.
Just noticed another review with similar case happened 11 months ago. And the company response regarding "zero tolerance..." now sounds as automated, since no change in the driving behaviour.

Ryan keeps us supplied with trucks great job big thanks. John was a trooper he worked his butt of Don and Kyle were great they helped keep us a float.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional DO NOT USE!! The picture says it all. This business took a large truck and ruined the front lawn while accessing the tank. The business blamed the client stating that client told the driver to back the truck up onto the lawn. They also stated that they have enough hose to reach the tank and had no reason to drive on the lawn and only did so at the request of the client. This is not correct as no homeowner would make such a request. This business was trying to cut corners and not have to pull extra hose out. When suggested that the client would expect the driver to know if the truck would damage the property the business stated they are truck drivers and don't know anything about the trucks or weight.
After getting stuck the driver commented on the fact that the tires are awful and don't help. He then added weight to the back of the truck and drove the tires over 2 feet into the ground. The business was less then empathetic stating that the client cost him money as they needed a tow and the truck was scratched after the tuck hit and damaged some of the trees on the clients property!
Do not use this business. They are unprofessional to say the least. This company cuts corners and is lazy with their practices. T

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used these guys many times! They are always fast, reliable, and professional. The job is always done to the best of their abilities and then some. We use them multiple times a week and they have never once let us down. Even in a pinch they are there to help. I would strongly recommend using these guys as i will continue to do. I have personally met over 5 of their guys and each one is well trained and overall does excellent work. Anyone I know looking for a vac i try to send to Cal. Keep up the great work guys.

The service by Judy and Ryan in arranging the delivery was very professional, very friendly and very efficient. The water arrived right when promised and we were able to add an extra load on the spot. The driver (Cory) was excellent - very friendly and great to work with. We highly recommend Cal~Portisan for their water hauling service.
