Caketopia originated from a friendship that began over 20 years ago.
We started making cakes for our kids birthdays and over time we’ve grown into what we are today. We make cakes from our home and do this part time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed. We put our order request in a week prior to the date needed for the cake. The artwork on the cake was amazing which is why I am giving 2 stars but the cake was extremely dry and flavourless. My son didn't even get a chance to have a piece of his own birthday cake and it is quite embarrassing when we spent 165$ on a cake only to be apologized too. we took a total 2 pieces and did a taste test around the room - everyone had the same opinion , yes they refunded us 50% but only apologized and said its not "common" to occur , completely ignoring the quality. I understand their time is worth while but having a cake with 2 pieces taken out that was supposed to feed a good 25 people its discouraging; I was expecting a moist melt in your mouth sort of cake, this crumbled upon cutting pieces out ; I was genuinely excited by the reviews, there should be more quality control . Money out the window and an upset son .

We will order from this company every time we need a cake for a special occasion. Just perfect! The customer service was great and the cake was delicious as well as beautiful.
