Cafe Delitzi

My husband and I love going to this place! They have amazing drinks! We are addicted to their peanut butter shakes! They also serve alcoholic beverages. The only downside is you often have to wait for a very long time.

I have to admit I've been searching for the perfect cafe for over two years now and I think I might have found it! They have a couple tables and high chairs at the windows, I'd say an excellent location to soak in the Coquitlam city vibes, inside lighting is awesome and Moody. They have a variety of pastries and deserts as well as sandwiches. Personally my favorite is the iced caramel macchiato, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and taste. The mocha Java freakshake is a must, looks great tastes even better! I'm used to the Starbucks taste of coffee but this place has blown my taste buds away, absolutely amazing. I'd highly recommend any of the pastries & desserts as well, the chocolate brownie is super creamy and delicious. Chicken pesto and breakfast sandwich can't go unnoticed with their freshness & taste! The staff always greets you with warm welcomes, I was super surprised when they remembered my name and usual order, makes you feel a little at home. Overall a 10/10. If you are a coffee enthusiast I recommend giving this place a try. They use great beans with just the right amount of everything, not too sweet with a great coffee taste. Also the comfy chairs can't go unnoticable! For us that love getting some work done too there are power outlets all around the cafe for charging your phone or laptop. I must say the staff is very friendly and helpful. Internet connection is also great. Their closing times also seem flexible as they change it according to the season and when the sun sets.

My favourite coffee shop in the tri-cities! Their specialty coffees are just lovely - especially the seasonal ones. In the summer they have this delicious lavender latte I recommend trying. I am seriously addicted to their avocado toast. Not to mention the customer service is always excellent. Never left Cafe Delitzi without a smile on my face, thanks for raising the bar!

Please do yourself a favour and go get their s'mores mocha. It was so yummy and it's on their seasonal menu, so you only have a short amount of time to go get it. Loved that they actually put graham crackers on top and toasty marshmallows. Their avocado toast is my favourite in the tri-cities, they just do it right, so flavourful with a variety of textures. I always get it when I visit and probably always will.

This cafe is awesome! The people here know I love my vegan blueberry smoothies and they make them great and they have a lot of passion. They are also so friendly and they know me by name. The place is clean and very eye appealing , beautiful plants and beautiful decor. They have lots of vegan and non vegan baked goods. I love this cafe, keep up the great friendly service and tasty treats and drinks!

Wonderful little cafe. We tried the avo toast and turkey sandwich both were delicious. They also have board games!

This is a small, quaint cafe. You can tell the people working here are passionate about their work. However, the food and drink didn't really wow me. I think the Danish would have been better served warm and the iced mocha didn't taste chocolatey at all.

Atmosphere is super cute at this place. Very clean with lots of room too study or play games or have a coffee with a friend. Another cool thing about this place that I found super interesting Is the fact they serve alcohol here! Which makes it even more flexible with options for hanging out with friends. The drinks were fantastic and I really enjoyed the look, taste and portions of the coffee. I wouldn’t say I was overly happy with the food. My breakfast sandwich was very cold and very plain. I did have to ask them to heat it up again. The pesto sandwich was delicious and nice and warm. I was told the cookie I ordered was a white chocolate chip cookie and when eating it , I noticed it turned out to be a peanut butter cookie. Definitely need to be careful to double check the food incase of allergies. Something I did feel maybe they could improve on was customer service. I had never been there before and we were the only two in there for an hour sitting down. When our drinks and food were ready they called us up over to the counter to get our food and drinks 3 times. Which is ok. But I just felt that it would have been nice if they came over and brought it to our table so we didn’t have to keep getting up and down , especially considering we were the only ones they needed to help for a bit . Just a thought. As well they never offered any napkins or cutlery for our greasy food and we found ourselves with very greasy hands. So we had to personally go up and ask. I didn’t notice till after they had a pile of napkins over by the entrance. Overall the employees were very sweet and accommodating to our requests . It was very clean and tidy and had great music to listen to. They had fantastic coffee and drinks. I’m not sure I would recommend the food but I would definitely say they specialize on great drinks
