★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good campground. No shower, though. Super close to lake, with kayak, canoe, and boat rentals. Climb to the top of the peak by the beach for good cellphone reception (Telus).

Very close to the Mcgillvray falls and manitario trail.
Some of the lots are without bushes dividing the lots and so they are connected which is very nice for a bigger group who want to stay together on the same ground.
However, the description of the originally booked lots were with "slight incline" which turned out to be a significant steep incline and no parking spots up above. Our group included some people with difficulties so we ended up switching to these spots while we couldn't contact the camp ranger/manager (after-hour) for this matter until the next day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The amazing lake. Campground is good, but playground for children is very old. My daughters were disappointed. It was just one thing which we didn't like. In May water pipes can be still frozen, do not forget to bring water with you. Everything else war very good. This place really worth to trip if you have some kind of boat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Campground is located very close to the boat launch and beach. Plenty of trails to choose from in the surrounding area and is close to other lakes. Men’s bathroom was clean when I went.
Great paddling. Highly recommend!
