I basically needed a new roof due to purchasing a forclosure. I dont think the roof had ever been done in 40 years. The plywood was like wet papers that crumbled when taken apart. The team that did my roof was very professional. I'd asked lots of questions and they would answer them and give me more info about what all was being repaired and to how bad it actually was. The finished roof was beautiful and met the current roofing standards. These guys replaced my entire roof and left a beautiful clean yard afterwards. I thought everything went perfect!.

We lost a few shingles in a wind storm so I emailed the company that day. They arrived within 24 hours to replace them. I had lost some shingles several years before in a storm on a different part of the roof (roof was shingled by a different contractor) and they fixed them the next day as well. Very pleased with the service and the responsiveness.

Re-shingling our house was needed, but I was nervous about which company to hire. How do I know they'll do a good job? There were lots of roofing companies out there and I received quotes from a number of them. I wanted one that was reasonably priced, would do a great job in a timely manner, and ultimately that I could trust. In the end I hired Cactus Roofing. I'll admit, I was still nervous. However, a former co-worker said she knew Bob the owner and vouched that he was a good guy who would do a good job. Plus, most of the reviews I saw were positive (there's always at least someone who wasn't happy for some reason). In the end, I was extremely happy with my choice! To help with colour selection, Bob gave us addresses for many houses so we could see the full colour of that shingle on a house...not base our decision off a small sample piece. My wife and I drove around looking at them and found this extremely helpful. We ended up realizing the colour we thought we wanted was not a good choice, and we went with something completely different that we now love. My confidence really was solidified when I talked to the guy (not Bob) for a few minutes while he was doing the work on our roof. He had 29 years of roofing experience and knew exactly what he was doing. Another guy came to help him later in the day and I found out it was his son who also works for the company. They were 3rd generation roofers as his dad also used to be a roofer...and those were the workers, not even the owner! I felt very good after that and knew I was getting a quality job done by guys that know what they're doing. Our house isn't big, but they were finished in less than 1.5 days! Cleanup was well done too. Now 2 weeks later we've had a few bigger rains and there have been no issues at all! Oh, and I never even met Bob in person until I went to pay him after the job was done! We had initially talked on the phone, then communicated all through email after that. He didn't ask for any deposit and his motto was that we trust him to do the work and he trusts us to pay. I swung by his office the following week to pay him after the job was done and it was all good. If you're looking for a quality roofing job that you can trust, I'd recommend Cactus Roofing.

Bob was very responsive, his crew did a great job. They inspected the roof, replaced the shingles, and cleaned and fixed up the existing gutters. They were quick, easy to deal with, and did a great job at exceptional value. Would highly recommend.

I booked a week in advance for a roofing repair. The day of the roofing repair, I had a difficult time contacting anyone to get a time window of when they would show up and start the work. No one showed up at all, no calls to let me know what’s going on, so I sat around all day waiting. I guess their time was more valuable then the job I booked, could have at least given me a call back to say you were too tied up that day. All good, will be finding another roofing company.

We hired Cactus Roofing to replace our shingles this spring. The owner and employees were very responsive and pleasure to work with. The whole team was great. They did a fantastic job, went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied and taken care of. Cleaned up each night and after they were done. They provided a quote, shingle colors, and locations to view the shingles. The roof was completed when they said it would be. The roof looks great and I would hire them again in a heart beat.
