I’ve never ever felt like “just another client”, I’ve had a few of those experiences in other salons...
Grace took the time during my cut/colour to explain what she was doing, and asked what exactly I WANTED!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grace was SUPERB today when I went in for my haircut. It was below shoulder length, and I decided to chop it off again. She did a wonderful job, and I am so happy with how it came out. She was totally down to earth, we had good conversation, and it was just such a good first experience. PLUS she has one of the cutest full-time residents in the shop you just have to meet! My jaw dropped, and I got super distracted by mister David. Thanks again, Grace. I will be back! ??
