I did my baby registry here too with Neha and she is beyond amazing, she knew so much about everything, showed me great things to add to my registry and really explained everything to me and compared each product that I was interested in she even showed me things I hadn’t thought of buying! Making my registry with Neha put me so much at ease, she is truly amazing !!! Thank you so much !

As I walked throughout the store I was greeted by staff members and asked in a non-invase but actually very kind and helful way if I needed help looking for anything, or if I had any questions. The approach each time was always so genuine and the help was actually very useful. Staff had a lot of knowledge about the store layout and about each product. Way to go Buy Buy Baby. One happy customer and momma here!

They truly have and continue to make this so enjoyable! The staff is just amazing. They are nice, polite and very knowledgeable. Yes the prices are a little steeper.. But they offer great deals with their coupons and stuff. Also, the selection huge! P.s : They also have a closed off breastfeeding/diaper changing room to accommodate mothers!

We could choose our stroller easily and finally buy it because of Neha, she is beyond amazing, She has very good in depth knowledge about these products, showed us all the strollers and car seats, explained everything to us and compared each product that we were interested in. Neha is like those youtubers, talks about all those products that you are interested and she has answers to most of your questions/queries, if she is not sure, she will confirm it for you. She is truly amazing, one good soul. Thank you Neha.

First with an infant chair bouncer, the product had clearly been used with stains and now I just purchased an expensive high chair and that too has damages. I know they will take the product back and exchange it but definitely a hassle with a newborn and coordinating schedules with my spouse to pickup a heavy item especially when you need a product asap. Check your products before leaving the parking lot even if the box looks sealed. They get a 2 star for selling me one product not used/damaged and they have knowledgeable staff on strollers/car seats.
