Their team was still able to lock me to a great 5 year fixed rate, that was almost half a percent lower than what I expected to pay. Working with the team was always very seamless, and everyone we spoke to was extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

I've received excellent communication from start to finish via email and phone with very knowledgeable and kind individuals. I did not need to contact any banks as Butler Mortgage negotiated the best deal on my behalf. All I had to do is fill out the typical financial application paperwork. There was a small issue with a money back cheque after closing that was promptly and professionally resolved. Mistakes happen and I was impressed with how efficiently it was handled. I'm looking forward to the renewal process! It's easy to notice when things go wrong but hard to appreciate how many things go right when you have a smooth transaction. Thank you everyone for all your hard work behind the scenes!

They gave me best rates that I didn't even know existed. My only regret is that I didn't know them sooner. The process was very smooth, and painless. Daniele Dagenais and Steve Ferrin was amazingly professional, and very knowledgeable in work. We have only 4 weeks to closing , and my brother George , he mentioned about Butler and contact right after, They answered all my calls I didn't even have to leave a voicemail once. Turning to Butler Mortgage was the best decision I made, and will be making in the near future. I will definitely recommended my friends and Family

I have used them for more than 10 years and have had stellar rates negotiated on my behalf, for at least 4 property mortgages. My last experience with them was out of this world phenomenal, mostly in relation to their closing manager, Tara Williams. Her acumen, professionalism, quick and professional customer service, issues management, clarity of communication and her never ending follow up on all issues and concerns, no matter how small, was just out of this world. We selected Butler Mortgage and were very happy we did. David Pomfret has an excellent knowledge of the market and answered my series of questions. Extremely informative, but never pushy. Once we signed on, then Tara Williams helped close us with the mortgage application and approval by providing very clear direction and being accessible to us for questions and often within mere minutes or hours. She kept us organized, on-time, and worked very well with our lawyer and his team. We cannot recommend Butler Mortgage enough.
