★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Busy Bee is totally worth my drive from the valley (a 90km round trip), as each time I've visited I feel appreciated & the results have been top notch. The girls are so pleasant & seem to enjoy being there interacting with folks coming in the door ? It's definitely a refreshing change from most places these days, regardless of what type of business one happens to be in throughout the course of any given day. So much so, upon subsequent visits, I felt it'd be well deserved to stop life & post a high recommendation for both their promised results & their people ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a limited time frame for getting my wedding veil cleaned. I met with Wendy and she was very helpful. She made and met her commitment for having my veil ready by a certain time.. They brightened the veil very well considering the time crunch they were in. This was my first time there and i felt they genuinely cared about me and they did an awesome job cleaning it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the staff at Busy Bee are helpful, friendly and professional, and their cleaning services, second to NONE! Every time I pick clothes up they are crisp, clean, and ready when I was told they would be. When I was in a pinch, I called ahead to ask about a rush job and they gladly stated they would do it and did! This is the only dry cleaning company I will ever use in Regina!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, communicated with Wendy in advance my need to have a suit dry cleaned by Monday morning before a graduation after arriving on a Saturday, they assured me it would be ready at 9AM Monday morning. Grad morning came and suit was ready 15 minutes early and I was able to make the ceremony on time! Very fair pricing and great service, highly recommend this place!!

Dry cleaning a jumpsuit and one of my scarves only cost me around $38 and they even gave me a door hook for my clothes! I love businesses who pay a lot of attention to detail. Awesome service and pick these guys if you're thinking about getting your dry cleaning done ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID DOWN COAT CLEANING HERE!!!!!
My down coat which was only 1.5 yrs old was taken here to be cleaned as a down coat. The manager Wendy was rushing my wife and I the morning we dropped our coats off. She didn't even give us a receipt at first. My wife Insisted we get one. The cleaning showed for 2 regular coats. We were assured this wasn't an issue...despite having an extra charge on their website for down.
The down is now bunched up in the arms, the lower half of the body. LARRY the owner is saying it's not them, it's sportchek who made a poor coat.
Larry...im 49, tried to be fair by wearing the coat in cold weather. The fact is...this jacket is now useless. Your cleaner obviously cleaned the jacket for regular as you charged me, now you won't back up your service. My next step is the BBB and the franchise for busybee. This isn't over

Not recommended. They don’t take responsibility of their mistakes! They are very rude (specially Larry). You would imagine that if they damaged your item, they’ll pay back as an accident, specially if it’s an expensive brand like Canada Goose jack. Very disappointed costumer service
