Stitch It Clothing Alterations & Dry Cleaning

Went here to get my prom dress altered (added straps and made the dress shorter) and it was fixed perfectly! Also extremely friendly here, will definitely come back for future alterations!! Recommend it for anyone needing alterations

Mariana did a good job hemming my shorts. The fabric was too delicate, and she did a really good job making sure the stitches are straight and neat. I highly recommend her. I will definitely be coming back for more clothing alteriations by her. Thanks, Mariana?

Vi did an amazing job of stitching my prom dress. It only took one week! By far the best stitching service I've been to, I would definitely recommend.

I brought in an item to get a new zipper replaced because it was poor quality and too long. The female worker proceeded to tell me that the zipper was not the problem and began to make observations/assumptions about my chest due to my medical condition. She then told me that she would not fix my item and it was impossible. I ended up going to a different tailor and they assured me that the the problem was definitely the zipper and they were able to fix it without any problems. The item now fits me perfectly thanks to a different business. I would not recommend Stitch It, as they were unprofessional and inappropriate.

I am really disappointed in the service I received at this store. I am for sure never taking anything here again! Not only for their terrible time management but their awful unprofessional customer service . I dropped off a brides maid dress a month & a half before the wedding date . The day before I was to pick up the dress they called me & told me it wasn’t done yet & to give them 5 more days . I agree’d. When I got there to pick it up the lady told me the first woman who took my measurements was fired & now they are short staffed so that is why it was taking so long . I told them I totally understand that stuff happens and not to worry ! The lady told me to try it on again to make sure it fits & then she would finish it that day (monday) . I explained I was very busy the next few days & wouldn’t have time to come pick it up until Wednesday or Thursday . She rudely made me give her an exact date & time although her colleague said it didn’t matter bcuz the dress was supposed to be finished that day . I told her I would come Thursday afternoon . Not realizing Thursday was a stat holiday I called the day before asking if I could just come & pick it up now. The manager replied “no I didn’t want to work under pressure so it’s not finished” I nicely questioned why it wasn’t finished when they said it would be done that day & she replies “no no ! I’m not working under pressure so it’s not finished” so I hung up the phone. Realizing bcuz I gave her 3 extra days she just stopped working on it after I left . I finally got it the next day & she hadn’t even ironed it yet so I had to wait around for that . Keep in mind now the wedding is the next day so I was stressing . Then I find out by looking at the reviews that they had been taking last minute people in for alterations since they had my dress . So there should be no reason as to why it took that long ! I was hoping for a discount or an apology at least & I got nothing .

I had my bridesmaid dress altered here and they did great work! My dress needed to be hemmed, they put in a new zipper and the straps had to be shortened. Prices were very reasonable as well. I'll definitely come back here if I need any more alterations done!

I brought in a couple sweaters that I love and wear all the time, but had unfortunately snagged the elbows on something and ended up with holes. Vi was simply amazing! She patched the elbows and the sweaters look better than ever. Everyone was so pleasant and I couldn’t be happier with the service and end result! Thank you!

I rely on the staff fir all my alterations. They are polite, accommodating and always timely. Awesome.
