★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean store, nice staff and their coffee is really good. Went there for a new board but my size was out of stock. The employee offered me a demo board that was in a almost perfect condition for a lot cheaper. If you’re looking for a good Burton board but dont want to spend 700$, ask for a demo board around the end of the season.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Burton last month to buy a new pair of snowboard boots. There were a lot of customers and few staff so I had to wait a while to be served (around 20-25 minutes or so). I ended up being served by Josh though, who was extremely helpful. Answered all my questions about the different boots and was very patient as I tried on and compared different pairs. Thanks Josh! Unfortunately, stock was limited so I had to purchase online for my size in the end. I received the shipment within a few days. Overall, great service by Burton. I gave 4/5 instead of 5/5 due to limited inventory in the store and the time it took for me to be served, but I appreciated the quick delivery by mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time I go to the store I have a very good experience. The store seems small and the stock a little limited but the employees are very friendly and they take the time to help you.
Today I went to return a snowboard I bought online because I don’t know if I bought the right board, and I also didn’t want to hold it for 6 months before I can use it and know if I’ll like it. Nicolas took the time to answer my questions/concerns, and in the end, I ended up buying the right binding that goes with the board mounted for free.
I’m happy that I came out of the store worry free and knowing that I have the right equipment for the next season.
