C	Colin Dundas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ owners are Rude. Stay away if you want stress free camping! THE ONE STAR REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! Extra charge after extra charge. NO activities or things for campers to do. Not family oriented at all, Owners have ZERO social skills and have NO clue that the customer pays their bills. They would much rather be “right” then side with the customer! No wonder they have lots of vacancy! STAY AWAY!! ONLY positive thing is the property is nice. The negatives by far outweigh the ONE positive.
A	April on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is mine and Darrell’s second season at Burnt Hills Lakeside Resort. We enjoy a peaceful and pleasant camping experience and it has been such. Pat and Anesha along with their kids are a great family who have worked extremely HARD to get the campground from a diamond in the ROUGH to where it is now, absolutely clean along with well taken care of. They’re out working from early hours of the morning until the evening through all sorts of weather conditions. My daughter looks forward to her arrival at Burnt Hills , loves the clean beach, playground and the swimming in dogs lake, loves the fishing especially in the boat :) If any issues occur they’re always available to resolve the issues in a polite and pleasant manner. If you like a quiet, clean, safe, non rowdy campground, We would recommend this solitude environment to come to, a place to call a second home (which we do ;) ) Thank you both for the decent size beautiful site to which we can view the lakeside!.

With the in depth information from Pat an his vision for the campground, to the helping hand of him and his son James did to get our trailer situated on our lot. Looking forward to the memories next season at the campground and the tranquility of the nature it surrounds!
T	Tammy MacKay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had met Pat and Anesa when my partner was looking at purchasing a trailer located at their 'resort' (with 2022 seasonal fees paid, so they've already got their "money"). Initially, they give the impression that although sticklers for rules, seemed as though they're airing on the side of caution during this initial meeting. Granted I can't give a review based on a 'non-stay', but I CAN say the purchase of the trailer was to be made upon release of funds from the sale of his house. Keeping in mind that the seasonal fees for the trailer were already paid.....the owners decided they didn't want us at the park because we didn't turn in papers for a site for a trailer that wasn't paid for yet! Unrealistic of them especially when they've already received the seasonal fees for the trailer. They are losing NOTHING by our paperwork not being submitted until the trailer was paid for......... guess the other reviews that I read about them were more accurate than I thought. Definitely not the attitude of anyone that is a customer based business. Pat seems very unpersonable. Beautiful site, dry impersonal owners, I believe the beauty this 'resort' holds is not worth dealing with people who shouldn't be in a business dealing with people when they evidently like nobody but themselves.
B	Brent Madgett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pat and Anesa are both amazing hosts and great people as well. We went there for just over a week and the gave us an amazing lakeview site. They have turned this place around from what I heard from the seasonal people when we were there. They are very busy daily making it look great and witnessed them improving things daily. Also witnessed Anesa handing out free ice cream to little kids one day when it was hot. Made me feel good that there’s still great people out there like them. So all in all it’s well kept and on a very decent lake. The lake is weedy but apparently great fishing.

We have 4 children under the age of 12 and this place is perfect for both families or people that want too be at a relaxing comfortable environment. The owners are great people and are always looking too make sure everyone has a great experience. If anyone would like anymore info on this campground feel free to reach out with any questions.

It is a very quiet park with huge camping sites that is on a lake with great bass fishing. There are also constant improvements and upgrades being made by the owners. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the spot; there is not a single complaint I can offer!

Pat, Anesa and their children are extremely hard working, and very respectful to us. The sites are very spacious. The lake is beautiful. The bass fishing is great. We can’t wait to begin our fourth season at Burnt Hills.
