★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently started delivering aggregate product in the Ponoka area - clients like options and we were being asked for Burnco Rock Prodoucts. Set up an account, established a Credit Limit. Not the easiest operation to pay as Ponoka location can not accept payments or update accounts - all has to be done in Calgary. After the first few attempts at sending cheques and delays - asked about etransfer and decided for future use that would be the best payment plan.
Went to obtain product in late October - advised our account has not been updated and even though we owe them "NOTHING" we need to pay cash for product. So unacceptable, unprofessional and lacking in any type of customer service it is hard to describe how rude and disappointing it is to be treated like a nothing simply because we are a "small business" that counts for nothing to your bottom line - I hope every small business is aware of how little they matter to Burnco Rock Products...
