β β β β β This review is for the purchasing online course textbook at BCIT. I had to purchase some books at NE9 in Burnaby location. I went there and asked for the book I wanted to purchase. When I entered the door, and ready to start up the question. I noticed there two people are sitting at the front of their computers, and neither one of them decided to stand up and talk to me. They barely turned their heads toward meγ
I won't talk to someone if they decide just to sit still, but speak to the direction where I was standing still really far from where they are sitting. I'm not demanding for your employee to stand still at the front desk all day long, but the least they could do is stand up and walk front to my direction, then we could have the conversation. It's not professional to treat customer or student like that. The girl asked which book I want and still sat there, only act like if I'm not deserve her service? I'm not her colleague okοΌ If that's the attitude I suppose to receive, I will never come to this location.
