★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ice and water shield plus drip edge installed on my roof by this company, or so I thought. After seeing water dripping through my soffits I had a few contractors come by for quotes for a fix. Each contractor independently pointed out I was missing the drip edge and ice and water shield on a portion of my roof. Simon did a half job and misleaded me to believe it was completed. Now I get to deal with the headache of fixing his 'fix'. Buyer beware.
