Don't trust this person and he will just take your money. I brought my computer in due to it overheating and instead of fixing it in the amount of time he said he would, he took a couple weeks longer. Was very rude, (typical rude europeans). I advise everyone not to go there, as he's potentially the same thing as a scammer because he tells you that you need extra parts when in reality, it is just a quick fix. He holds your computer so that he is able to profit the most that he can from a single customer. Rude, pathetic, pretty much useless and definitely don't recommend and will NEVER EVER be going back.

Charles has no business integrity!! My brother brought his computer in because the trackpad was broken and wanted a quote on how much it would be to fix. He told him to leave the laptop with him for him to check. However my brother was traveling and I was the main point of contact for the repair. Charles messaged me telling me the quote was $225 and to confirm if I wanted to proceed. I said I was going to pick up the laptop instead and didn’t want the repair. A few days later he calls telling me that the computer is repaired and I need to pick it up. I told him I didn’t give him consent to fix it and I texted him not to. He said he β€œdoesn’t check his msgs often” and that he told my brother the parts were coming in (he did not and blatantly lied about this). I told him that going forward he should confirm first and he told me not to tell him how to run his business - what a terrible way to run your business with NO regard for your customers! SEE IMAGES ATTACHED - BUYER BEWARE!! Don’t trust this business. He practically forced us to do business by not returning our computer and eventually we decided to pay cuz we were worried that he would have sabotaged it if we didn't. Please dont waste your money, Charles has NO IDEA how to run a business and it'll be a waste of your money and time. So please avoid this company and man at all cost. Thanks for reading, i hope no one goes through the same experience. Lol this man is a joke, delusional. Holds our computer, forcibly orders our part, then makes us pay. If you guys cant see the pictures, just request and ill be gladly to share. Thanks!

Charles went above and beyond to find a replacement screen for my older laptop. He and Evelyn were wonderful to deal with. My repair was completed in reasonable time considering the overseas part! Thank you Charles and Evelyn!

A quick shout out to the Burlington Computer Clinic. Over the last 10 years my wife and I have used them for all of our IT needs. They have fixed our computers, ensured our security/anti-virus was up to date and have installed new hardware and software. We find their price is always reasonable and service lighting fast. We also enjoy the personal touch of dealing with the owners directly. We have always recommend them to our friends and have received similar feedback. This is an exceptional business that goes above and beyond. Thanks for all your help.

This company do not deserve even the one star Do not risk you time and money! The gentleman cut the charger wire and connect it directly to the laptop without asking for my consent in advance and when i told him why you do this, he told me tell Dell that some id... did it!

After the free consultation I did not want to pay for an hour service I wanted to take my laptop home. But I was forced to pay 90 dollars for an hour of work only for the laptop to completely die 24 hours later. Complete waste of money and time. Free consultation = you pay for an hour of work and still have a broken laptop.

My repair was completed in a timely manner, no parts were required to fix my machine. Also, the rate and hours were reasonable. The owners are very nice people and explained in detail the issue and the completed repair. Very happy with the service!!!
