β β β β β With their customers, management acts aggressively, and the meal is occasionally sour. Do not visit this place and It's best to avoid dining there. My party of friends went there last weekend and had poor hospitality.

β β β β β The staff here are very friendly, and apologetic, but management here has lined everyone up for failure. 25 minute wait for a single combo, customer who ordered 10 minutes after me left 5 minutes before I did, after they handed his food to me, and forgot an item in his order. I understand this location is new, the staff likely barely knows each other, but they have absolutely zero coordination, they work as 8 individuals, all fighting each other to figure out where they're at in their orders. I'm not big on leaving bad reviews, but this experience was horrid, I feel sympathy for the staff likely getting yelled at by every third customer. Please for the love of goodness, bring a manager or staff from the other location in town and have them run the team here, figure this out! Front counter employee should not have to jump between till and kitchen, that just makes no sense. Truly sad to see how disorganized this team is. Will likely be holding out for a few months before trying this location again.

β β β β β Been twice after 8:00 pm. Service was quick fries weren't really hot. Girl at the window was super polite and pleasant which is unusual these days. Happy to have a BK in the east end.

β β β β β Worst service Iβve ever experienced. We waited 20 minutes for our food. It was my first visit and service was so slow. Nobody was taking the front orders and customers were just leaving without giving the order. There was one guy named deepak, I donβt know if he was the manager pr not but he was so slow, he donβt even bothering to check with the customers why they are waiting. And after 20 minutes of wait when i asked how long it will take, they asked that what we ordered, like seriously.

β β β β β Spent 5 minutes watching the slowest smoothies of life being made before being help the first time. After ordering my food I had the opportunity to enjoy the true fine in experience as I spent 20 minutes standing there as 4 cars made it through the drive through. You would assume that after cooking it for 20 minutes I'd have the hottest meal burger king ever served. Yet my entire meal managed to be like warm by the time I made it to the car to eat. 0/10 absolutely terrible

β β β β β Came for breakfast, waited in the drive thru for awhile at the speaker with no answer. Called the stores number and they answered and he said heβs coming. Took my order and I proceeded to wait at the window for 25 minutes. Mind you Iβm the only customer through all of this. Couldnβt wait any longer because I had to go and left without my food. No one came back to the window so I couldnβt ask for a refund.

β β β β β First couple of weeks open, consisted of wonderful serviceβ¦ after that itβs been down hill. Son wasnβt feeling well, so got him a kids meal to eat in bed - burger patty was burnt & milk was 1 week expired. Just went tonight to give it another try, got home to find the whopper was missing from one of my whopper combos. $40 laterβ¦

β β β β β Not sure why itβs getting so many poor reviews - this place has been a gem since it opened, and Iβm normally not an easy person to please. Prompt and polite service, accurate orders, and clean appearance - canβt ask for any more than that. I could get soggy and cold fries from the other chain next door after waiting 20+ minutes, or I can be in and out of BK with a better meal - itβs a no brainerz
