★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place really needs a face lift. Not sure why Burger King is not spending the money to give it a better curb appeal. The Whopper condo still tastes amazing. The quality of food is still awesome at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst experience of BK, most run down and no customer service, stale whopper as if it had been cooked ages ago and i visited at 2:30pm not even odd hours. No Hand Sanitizer and really dirty floor and doors, very sticky with grime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. 30 min wait in drive thru then had to go inside and remind staff that I am still waiting. Got the food, came home and realized they had given me an incomplete sandwich, no condiments or toppings. Will not be returning, waste of time and money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, this is the third time they did this to me. I made a big order with 50 or 60 dollars which includes for example 6 whoppers, 32 nuggets, fries, and some other sandwiches. They put all the items squeezed in one bag and they give it to you claiming that this is your order in full. Then when reaching house you find that one whopper is missing i.e you will find 5 whoppers instead of 6. This is really bad and this is happened to me 3 times in the last 6 times I visited this branch location. Some employee is doing this on purpose and it is not a mistake as they will claim. My advice if you are going to this branch location and you made a big order, do not leave till you verify your order in full specially if you have it through drive through. Management of this branch should take this issue seriously, or customers will lose trust in this branch and more importantly loose trust with Burger King.

But since I have been here over the years ( and not very often really ). I will rate the location and service too.
When I heard about how the scientists at Impossible Food discovered that Heme ( Like Hemoglobin ) makes meat taste like meat.
Heme is the molecule that gives blood its red colour and helps carry oxygen in living cell organisms. Heme is abundant in animal muscle tissue and is also found naturally in all living organisms.
The plant-based heme molecule is identical to the heme molecule found in meat. I said NO FRIGGIN WAY...I gotta try me some of that !!!
Is this why Beyond meat just doesn't taste like meat at all....trust me...I tried many times. So I was intrigued about the Impossible version.
So off I went to try one. I have to admit, it tastes like meat. For a fast food variety, it can be very hard to distinguish between a regular beef Whopper and the Impossible Whopper.
My hat's off here to the folks at Impossible Foods.
This location has been around for like FOREVER... like since man and women walked the earth along with the dinosaurs ?…..it really needs a Renovation. I rarely come here even though I drive by it all the time on my way down to Streetsville.
I have never had a problem with the food or the staff. The staff have always been courteous to me.
But like I said before, I only came here to get my hands on the Impossible Whopper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Waited for 30 minutes in the drive thru and then was asked to park off to the side because my order was being prepared “fresh”. 4 cars behind me got their orders. The sandwich came with barely any sauce and the chicken was not cooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute joke of a location, and looking at other reviews, surprised corporate has not shut this place down yet. I ordered a Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich combo. After waiting more than 30 minutes for this "fast food", I finally received my order. When I got home, I realized that they forgot to add the mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and EVERYTHING. I kid you not. All I got was the two buns and piece of chicken. Nothing on my receipt indicated that I asked for these to be removed. To add insult to injury, even the chicken was WRONG! I ordered a spicy sandwich, and I received the regular chicken (which was burnt and had the consistency of cardboard; see picture attached). This location is singhlehandedly causing millions in damages to the already fading BK brand. Christ, I need whatever these employees are smoking after this experience.
